BMW will unveil the new 5 series touring (station wagon) on April 9th in Leipzig……..in totally unrelated news spy shots of some sort of BMW model have been taken.

So, we have seen the new production BMW 5 series and we have seen spy shots of the new M5 testing. The question becomes what will the next M5 actually look like?

Edmunds has one of the first drive reports we have seen on the new 5 series.

Okay, maybe the headline is a bit harsh. The new 5 actually looks okay, which is something given the euro pedestrian safety standards the nose has to meet and the fact that the sheetmetal has to cover up a whole lot more car than previous 5s.
