Autoweek’s got a first driving impression of the new 335is today.

The first shot’s of the new BMW IS models are out.

As we first reported the other day the N54 engine is hanging around still in the form of BMW IS models. One of those is the new 335 IS. Here are some more details on it that haven’t been released prior to now:

Unless you are a Bimmerhead that title probably makes no sense, but if you are a Bimmerhead you probably know all about it…..except maybe for one little detail.

All trips must come to an end, and the European Part of our adventure is about to.

Once we got back to the top of Stelvio Pass we realized that we were running a bit behind schedule and we needed to cruise out in order to make it to Monaco before it got too late. Luckily at this time of year the sun doesn’t go down till late.

Now, this is the real reason we made this trip. Sure, picking up the BMW 335 in Munich was fun….and driving on the autobahn was cool….but Stelvio is supposed to be the best driving road in the world.

Okay, we have now completed the delivery of our BMW 335 M-sport at the The Welt in Munich Germany. So what do we do next????? We drive.

So the day has finally come. As the delivery is scheduled for 11:10 am we have shown up to The Welt (BMW World) as soon as they are open in the morning (around 8am) We were greeted at the door by two very nice folks from BMW who introduced themselves, offered to take our bags, and showed us to the VIP lounge.
