Briatore, in his fight back, claimed that Formula One’s governing body, the FIA, illegally banned him from F1. Luckily for him, the French tribunal ruled in his favor. The FIA said they will probably appeal the decision.

The USF1 team is the first US team to develop it’s own car in the US. This is a big feat that they’ve overcome. Now the USF1 team has launched a video on their website, which shows the creation of the team and the development and planning of their car. You can watch it here.
