Just the other night I was at dinner with someone who stated: “Well, when you have kids you will have to give up sporty cars and get something practical.”
I did not agree.
And I don’t agree.
Unlike the conflicted Financer, I’m jumping for joy at the news that Arizona, the largest user of speed cameras in the US, has abandoned the program. It’s heartening to see some indication that the US public won’t stand for camera enforcement.
So. I just ate lunch at Five Guys and when I came out there was an M6 parked next to my 335. It got me thinking. Why.
I’m not sure if this is a thing to be celebrated or not, but Arizona has decided to change a law (no not that one). They have decided to end their speed camera program.
It has come to my attention that some people are upset with some of our calculations in some of our deals articles. They are saying that the low monthly payments noted in some are fake and only obtainable by you the consumer putting large deposits down on the car. Kind of like advertised lease specials from manufacturers that show a $300/mth payment, but don’t detail the $5,000 down required to get that payment.
Are they right? Are our calculations off? Are advertised lease specials fake? Let’s see.
Latest news on Corvettes future, and why we hope this planned mid engined Corvette goes the way of its mid engined concept predecessors – into the trash heap.
