Ok, so you’ve done the research, you’ve bought the car seat….now what? If this is your first baby, you will soon find out that putting a car seat correctly in the car for the first time is a daunting task. I think it took my husband and me a total of 3 hours to install. Can you say parent proof?
Did you know that your local fire station has all the information you need to install and purchase the correct car seat? You can bring your car seat to most fire stations and they will help you with installations and give you additional safety tips. Make sure you call your fire station prior to going to assure they are involved in this process.
